About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Windows Engineer responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting Windows-based infrastructure across enterprise environments. The role involves server administration, system configuration, troubleshooting, patch management, and ensuring high availability, security, and performance of Windows systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
- Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policies (GPO), DNS, and DHCP.
- Perform user account management and access control.
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability.
- Handle patch management and Windows updates.
- Perform system backups and recovery operations.
- Troubleshoot OS, server, and application-related issues.
- Manage file servers, print servers, and shared resources.
- Support virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Maintain security compliance and implement hardening standards.
- Support disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity initiatives.
- Coordinate with network, security, and cloud teams as needed.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Provide L2/L3 support and participate in on-call rotations.
