We are looking for an experienced Senior Windows Developer to join the Endpoint Sustaining team. In this role, you will contribute to building and maintaining Windows-based endpoint software designed to address real-world security challenges faced by IT professionals.
You will work on agent-level client applications and internal tools that support security operations, ensuring customers remain protected and informed. This is a journey-level role suited for a fully qualified professional who can independently drive development while mentoring others.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Windows endpoint software and supporting tools
- Integrate software components into fully functional systems
- Document, enhance, and maintain software functionality
- Execute assigned and self-initiated development tasks with minimal supervision
- Understand product architecture and how security services deliver value to customers
- Analyze complex or unusual technical issues using advanced problem-solving techniques
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve a wide range of system-level challenges
- Work on diverse problems requiring evaluation of multiple technical factors
- Apply sound judgment to independently select the best course of action
- Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives such as R&D demos and innovation programs
- Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Windows software development
- Strong expertise in system programming for Windows environments
- Proficiency in C++ and/or C#
- Deep understanding of software development principles, debugging, and code optimization
- Experience integrating complex components into large-scale software systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working independently on high-impact features
