We work with global technology stacks to deliver secure, standardized, and user-ready Windows desktop ecosystems for Fortune 500 clients—focusing on zero-touch deployment, legacy system retirement, and compliance-driven rollouts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Windows desktop migration projects—including planning, testing, packaging, and execution across enterprise endpoints.
- Design and deploy standardized Windows 10/11 gold images using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) or SCCM/Intune.
- Automate OS deployment and application provisioning via PowerShell, DISM, and custom scripts to ensure consistency and reduce manual errors.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure encrypted drives, BitLocker policies, and audit-ready configurations are enforced.
- Troubleshoot migration failures, driver incompatibilities, and user profile migration issues in real-time during large-scale rollouts.
- Document migration playbooks, rollback procedures, and post-migration validation protocols for repeatable enterprise deployments.
