Builds & Configuration Root Cause analysis and Problem Management. Incident, Problem and Change records as per the ITIL Standards.
Windows Server Administration & User Account Management, and Access rights management.
Web Server management and troubleshooting experience
Responsible for design or implementation of complex project(s)
Would be responsible to support, maintain and monitor the Production VMWare Server platform Troubleshooting Connectivity and Performance issues / VMWare Servers Building and Manage the Windows Virtual servers
Update patches and windows hardening.
Backend support to implementation team.
Open to work in 24/7 support Analyse and Propose the service improvement plans for the Problem records Hands on experience in designing and implementing enterprise level services on Wintel platform
