Must-Have :

Windows 365 Cloud PC Administration

• Deploy, configure, and manage Windows 365 Cloud PCs.

• Design and implement Cloud PC provisioning policies and user assignments.

• Monitor Cloud PC performance, usage, and capacity.

Endpoint and Platform Integration

• Integrate Windows 365 with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.

• Apply basic knowledge of Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop management.

Support and Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot Cloud PC connectivity, provisioning, and user experience issues.

Good-to-Have:

AWS and Azure cloud knowledge
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate database operations, Terraform workflows, and cloud tasks.
Ability to build custom utilities for monitoring, migration, or validation.
Understanding of DevOps practices, monitoring tools, and logging frameworks to support end-to-end platform reliability.
