Job Description

Experience in managing of IT Infrastructure Services
Good knowledge on Windows Admin and VMWare admin
Windows Server 2003/Server 2008/Server 2008 R2/Server 2012/Server 2012 R2
Well versed on Incident Change and Problem Management Process Creating Baseline documents for ServersSecurity and environment
Patching experience for windows server and cluster servers
Understanding on Installation and Management of AD, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS.
Experience in Multi Domain and Location Environments Proactive Management Basic troubleshooting knowledge on Windows
Good Experience on Server Hardware Work on Incident Changes and Problems
Create and document all actions practices procedures and processes
Communicate issue status to customers in accordance with defined SLA's
Provide timely follow up to user questions according to established SLA's
