Job Description

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Windows server systems, including installation, upgrades, and decommissioning.
Configure user access, roles, and permissions to maintain system integrity and security.
Perform regular updates and patch management to ensure system stability and minimize vulnerabilities.
Monitor system performance using advanced tools to identify and resolve potential bottlenecks.
Analyze system logs and optimize system parameters for improved performance and reliability.
Implement and manage proactive alert systems to prevent downtime and maintain optimal functionality.
Design and enforce robust security measures, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and intrusion detection systems.
Conduct audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate security risks effectively.
Develop and deploy automation scripts for repetitive tasks, including user management and server configurations.
Establish, test, and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity.
