Window Autopilot

Have experience with Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS); Implementing and supporting EMS/Intune functions, compliance and configuration policies, setting up AAD Connect, Intune Exchange Connector, understanding MDM and Intune differences, SCCM integrations.

• Have experience with Windows 10 Deployment using SCCM,MDT and WDS.
• MS Autopilot , both azure AD and Hybrid, Windows customizations, Azure AD Connect administration, Azure subscription administration and understanding of Licensing requirement for Autopilot.
• Server installation, CB Upgrades and migration. SCCM infrastructure, SCCM server administration.
• Operating systems deployment , MDT integration, Bit locker other customization etc.
• Clear understanding of ITIL process and relevant tools.

Team management, internal calls Discussions, Leaves management, providing recruitment requirements.

Mandatory Skills:-

• Experience in running metrics with an understanding of SLAs.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret business and technical documents.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain deadlines.
• Flexible with working in different time zones.
• Experienced in working with teams from multiple time-zones, multi-national interaction.
• Experienced in trouble-shooting various operating systems.
• Able to support users via different communication methods (phone, email, instant messaging).
• Incident Management, Tracking & Solution for any issues related to the Engineered Solution.
• Designing & Implementing Enterprise Solutions for Enterprise Customers with Server Support.
• Provide recommendations for automation and modern endpoint management approaches.
• Assist with managing the client computing environment, including design, implementation, customization and build processes.
