Job Description

  • Define the enterprise PLM strategy and Windchill architectural blueprint for greenfield environments.
  • Lead PLM discovery, maturity assessments, and process harmonization across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and service.
  • Develop the PLM roadmap, conduct technical reviews, and phased deployment architecture.
  • Present architectural recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Create end‑to‑end process architecture including workflows, lifecycles, versioning, and product structure definitions.
  • Ensure the solution adheres to industry best practices.
  • Lead full lifecycle implementation from requirements capture to production rollout.
  • Drive system installation, environment setup, configurations, customization scope, and integration strategy.
  • Oversee data modeling, metadata framework design, and security/ACL architecture.
  • Partner with infrastructure teams for sizing, scaling, and performance optimization.
