Job Description

Design and lead end-to-endWindchill migration solutionsfor complex enterprise environments.
Define migration architecture, strategy, approach, and technical roadmap based on business and technical requirements.
Provide strong technical expertise inWindchill Migration and WBM.
Analyze source and target Windchill environments and define appropriate migration methodologies.
Develop migration plans covering data assessment, mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.
Lead technical discussions with customers and clearly explain complex migration concepts, risks, dependencies, and solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex migration and Windchill technical issues.
Review migration scripts, tools, processes, and technical deliverables to ensure quality and scalability.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Windchill developers and migration team members.
Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, developers, and customer stakeholders.
Identify technical risks and provide appropriate mitigation strategies.
Support estimation, planning, technical solutioning, and pre-sales activities when required.
Ensure adherence to development, migration, documentation, and quality standards.
