Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead complex migration engagements and provide architectural leadership for enterprise transformation projects.

Experience: 10 to 17

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, planning, and execution of Windchill migration projects.
  • Design and implement end-to-end migration strategies for product data, metadata, documents, and related business objects.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) and Windchill migration methodologies.
  • Analyze legacy PLM systems and define migration approaches, mapping strategies, and validation processes.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for migration solutions and best practices.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand migration requirements and effectively communicate technical solutions.
  • Review migration designs, scripts, and deliverables to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with project standards.
  • Mentor and guide development and migration teams in resolving complex technical challenges.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
