Your Role

• Develop and implement Windchill customizations using:
• Java/J2EE
• Info*Engine
• Workflows, lifecycle rules, and business logic
• JCA/UI customization
• REST and OData services
• Configure Windchill objects, metadata, attributes, soft types, and access controls.
• Build reusable components, utilities, and automation scripts.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with architects, admins, and project managers to deliver technical components.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation and user guides.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 7+ years of hands-on Windchill development experience.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Windchill
• Workflow and lifecycle customization
• CAD integrations (Creo mandatory; others a plus)
• Enterprise-level data migration projects
• Data Utilitie

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in:
• Java/J2EE
• JSP/JCA
• Info*Engine
• Windchill API, REST, OData services
• SQL/Oracle query development
• Proficient with:
• WBM (Windchill Bulk Migrator)
• Scripting languages: Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Source control (Git), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
