Windchill Development Lead / Technical Architect

• Act as a Windchill PLM technical expert across modules such as PDMLink, ProjectLink, PartsLink, and MPMLink.

• Design, develop, and customize Windchill components using Java, JSP, JCA, Info*Engine, and Windchill APIs.

• Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and architects to design scalable PLM solutions.

• Lead end-to-end PLM development activities including customization, integration, deployment, and support.

• Ensure high-quality code delivery through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to performance, customization, and system integration.

• Contribute to upgrade planning, data migration, and integration with ERP and CAD systems.

• Implement workflow customization, lifecycle templates, and UI enhancements in Windchill environments.

• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Optimize system performance through tuning, clustering, and high-availability configurations.

• Support Agile development processes and CI/CD practices using configuration management tools.
