Windchill Developer

We are seeking a Windchill Developer with 5+ years of experience in SW Development and a strong focus on PLM tools, particularly Windchill. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who can independently handle technical tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and take ownership of troubleshooting, maintenance, and feature development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident Management & Technical Analysis: Troubleshoot incidents, perform technical analysis, and collaborate with the Support team for issue resolution.
• Maintenance & Fixes: Independently handle all maintenance technical tasks and implement/test fixes.
• Feature Development: Read and interpret Functional Specifications to develop new features, ensuring they are validated by the Application Owner.
• Unit Testing: Perform unit testing to ensure the quality and functionality of new features.
• Collaboration: Report to the Delivery Manager based in India and coordinate with the Application Owner in France to report progress on tasks.
• Technical Architecture & Leadership: Understand and design technical architecture at a senior level and act as a technical lead for the team.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in SW Development, specifically in PLM tools with a strong focus on Windchill.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and provide technical analysis in collaboration with the support team.

Experience with handling maintenance tasks, implementing fixes, and conducting unit testing.

Strong understanding of technical architecture design and the ability to take on a technical leadership role.

Ability to work independently, coordinating effectively with teams in India and France.

Excellent communication skills to report progress and work with stakeholders across regions.
