Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Windchill PLM Implementation Specialist with over 4 years of relevant experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating Windchill PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, hands-on implementation experience, and a solid understanding of system integration and business process workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Windchill PLM implementation and customization projects.
- Configure Windchill system components, including workflows, lifecycles, ACLs, Info Tasks, Webjects, OIRs, and action models.
- Integrate Windchill PLM with downstream systems and external applications.
- Perform build, deployment, and configuration activities across development and production environments.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical support and administration for Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, and other PTC suite products.
- Develop and maintain custom Java, JSP, JavaScript, and J2EE-based extensions and services for Windchill.
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and security compliance through best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Windchill PLM implementation and customization.
- Strong expertise in Windchill versions 10.0/11.0 and PTCs PLM suite.
- Proficiency in Windchill modules: Workflow, PDM, BOMs, and administration tasks.
- In-depth knowledge of Windchill build, deployment processes, and integration with enterprise systems.
- Proficient in Java, JSP, JavaScript, J2EE, XML, and Webservices.
- Experience in Windchill ProjectLink and PDMLink functionalities.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
