Windchill Installation, Environment Setup & Cloning

Windchill Architecture, Deployment & Upgrades

System Configuration including:

• SSL Configuration
• Reverse Proxy Setup
• Clustering
• LDAP Integration
• External Adapter Configuration

File Vault Management

Database Administration & SQL (Queries, Procedures)

Performance Tuning (WSAP/WCA)

QML Reports Development & Support

Monitoring & Troubleshooting using Dynatrace

Queue & Worker Management

Critical Patch Installation & Maintenance

Disaster Recovery Planning & Execution

Solr Indexing Configuration & Administration

Required Skills

• Strong experience with PTC Windchill Administration
• Expertise in RHEL/Linux Administration
• Knowledge of Database Management & SQL
• Experience with CFT & FTP Configuration
• Unix Shell Scripting for Automation
• Understanding of Git, CI/CD Tools, and DevOps Practices
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

Ability to manage enterprise-scale Windchill environments

Experience in system optimization, monitoring, and production support

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
