Windchill PDM Link L1/L2 Support - Job Description
- Provide first and secondlevel support for Windchill PDM Link users.
- Monitor system performance, user access, and daily operations.
- Troubleshoot issues in product data management, workflows, and document versioning.
- Handle tickets, resolve incidents, and escalate complex cases to L3/engineering teams.
- Perform configuration checks, log analysis, and basic performance tuning.
- Support CAD integrations and ERP connectivity within PDM Link.
- Execute routine maintenance, patch validation, and environment monitoring.
- Document resolutions, create knowledge base articles, and train endusers.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure SLA compliance.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders for incident updates and service continuity.
