- WTG Mechanical Analysis & Condition Monitoring
- Analysis of gearbox, bearings, main shaft, yaw and pitch systems
- Evaluation of gearbox performance under load, wind, temperature, and grid variations
- Interpretation of oil analysis trends and identification of early failure indicators
- Erection & Installation Knowledge
- Understanding of WTG erection sequence, tooling, torquing, alignment, and lifting practices
- Identification of erection-related risks impacting long-term reliability
- Technical support during erection audits, inspections, and issue resolution
- Data Collection & Quality Assurance
- Collection and validation of data from SCADA, CMS, oil labs, inspections, and test equipment
- Maintenance of standardized records and historical performance trends
- Testing, Reporting & Coordination
- Working knowledge of vibration analyzers, borescopes, oil sampling kits, alignment and torque tools
- Preparation of concise technical reports with actionable recommendations
- Coordination with site teams, OEMs, and vendors ensuring compliance and cost control
- Commercial & Cost Management Support
- Assist in preparation of technical inputs for PRs, POs, and quotations
- Perform cost budgeting and support financial planning activities
- Track cost implications of technical decisions and vendor proposals
- Vendor & Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate with vendors for technical clarifications, quotations, and follow-ups
- Evaluate vendor proposals from a technical and commercial perspective
- Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and service providers
- Site Team Communication & Follow-Up
- Act as a technical interface between engineering and site teams
- Follow up on action items, data requests, and corrective measures
- Support site teams with analytical insights and technical guidance
