Key Responsibilities:- Contact inactive or churned customers through calls and emails.
- Understand customer concerns and present suitable solutions/offers.
- Re-engage customers and convert them into active users.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly reactivation and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 years of experience in Sales, Customer Retention, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Must be 60% in 10th & 12th.
Preferred: Experience in customer retention, winback campaigns, or SaaS/IT sales.
