As an Analyst within the Wholesale KYC Operations Middle Office team, you will manage business requests for client onboarding, remediation, and renewals. You will own end-to-end coordination with front office and clients to source due diligence documentation and drive timely completion through the KYC production process. You will partner with legal, compliance, credit, and operations to remove roadblocks, manage risk and escalations, and improve processes that strengthen the client experience and control environment.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage client onboarding, remediation, and renewal requests in partnership with front office teams
  • Guide clients through due diligence requirements and advise on acceptable documentation options
  • Analyze client ownership structures using public sources and client-provided documents, seeking confirmations and approvals when required
  • Coordinate directly with clients and internal stakeholders to obtain complete, accurate supporting evidence
  • Track requests through completion and follow up with production teams to meet agreed timelines
  • Prioritize workload through active planning, status reviews, and clear communication with business partners
  • Partner with legal, compliance, credit, and operations to ensure continuity of information and resolve blockers
  • Support screening reviews, client exits, and other KYC-related activities as needed
  • Escalate risks, issues, and aged items promptly with clear context and proposed actions
  • Stay current on procedure and regulatory changes and communicate updates across the region
  • Identify and deliver process improvements, supporting key process and technology initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in KYC, client onboarding, remediation, or related areas such as audit, controls, risk, anti-money laundering, or client research
  • Demonstrated experience managing client and front office stakeholders in a client-facing delivery role
  • Working knowledge of KYC, compliance, and anti-money laundering standards and practices
  • Experience supporting multiple client types (e.g., corporates, special purpose vehicles, trusts, financial institutions)
  • Strong time management, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client service mindset with a disciplined controls approach
  • Proven experience adhering to compliance standards, controls, and documentation requirements
  • Ability to learn new concepts and procedures quickly and operate effectively in a deadline-driven environment
