Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced WhatsApp Business Marketing Specialist who can manage and scale customer engagement using WhatsApp Business API and automation tools . The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing WhatsApp marketing campaigns , managing broadcast messaging , building automated customer journeys , and improving lead generation and conversions through WhatsApp.

This role requires strong knowledge of WhatsApp Business API platforms, CRM integrations, marketing automation, and customer engagement strategies .

Key Responsibilities

WhatsApp Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute WhatsApp marketing strategies for lead generation, promotions, and customer engagement.
  • Plan and manage broadcast campaigns, promotional messages, and drip campaigns .
  • Design WhatsApp customer journey flows for onboarding, support, and sales.

Campaign Management

  • Create and manage bulk messaging campaigns using WhatsApp Business API platforms.
  • Segment audiences for targeted messaging campaigns .
  • Schedule and execute marketing broadcasts and promotional notifications .
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on results.

Automation Chatbots

  • Build and manage WhatsApp chatbot flows for automated responses and lead qualification.
  • Implement automated workflows for customer queries, product inquiries, and order updates.
  • Work with chatbot platforms like:
    • Wati
    • Interakt
    • Gupshup
    • AiSensy
CRM Integrations

  • Integrate WhatsApp with CRM systems, websites, landing pages, and lead forms .
  • Automate lead capture from Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads into WhatsApp .
  • Manage integration with tools like:
    • Zoho CRM
    • HubSpot
    • Salesforce
    • Shopify
    • WooCommerce
Lead Generation Sales Support

  • Convert WhatsApp conversations into qualified leads and sales opportunities .
  • Manage customer queries, product information, and support conversations .
  • Coordinate with sales teams for lead follow-ups and nurturing .

Analytics Reporting

  • Track campaign performance including:
    • Open rates
    • Click-through rates
    • Response rates
    • Conversions
  • Generate regular reports on WhatsApp marketing performance.
  • Optimize campaigns for better engagement and ROI .
Compliance Best Practices

  • Ensure compliance with WhatsApp Business API policies .
  • Maintain customer data privacy and opt-in/opt-out management.
  • Avoid spam and ensure high message quality ratings.
