Walrus, a Meta-recognized Tech Service Provider (TSP), is offering a2-month project internshipfor technically inclined candidates eager to work hands-on with theWhatsApp Business API (WABA). You'll support the technical onboarding of real clients and gain firsthand exposure to how businesses integrate with Meta's messaging platform.
What You'll Work On- Assist in onboarding clients toMeta's WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API preferred)
- Configurephone numbers, domains, 2FA, DNS, and verify business identities
- Work insideMeta Business ManagerandWhatsApp Managerto manage WABA accounts
- Help set upcallback URLs, webhooks, and basic automation rules
- Support QA/testing of messaging flows and troubleshoot integration issues
- Document onboarding steps for audit and internal use
You Should Know- Basics ofWhatsApp Business Platform(e.g., templates, opt-ins, Cloud API basics)
- Comfort withAPIs, authentication tokens, and webhook concepts
- Basic understanding ofDNS, phone number hosting, and cloud tools
- Good communication and process-oriented thinking
