Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data accurately into computer systems or databases.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies or errors.

  • Collaborate with team members remotely to meet daily/weekly targets.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) or Google Sheets.
  • Good typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
  • Good communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in data entry or related administrative work.
  • Familiarity with data management software or CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
