We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Lead to build, lead, and mentor high-performing software engineering teams. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of mission-critical projects, collaborate across functions, and drive technical excellence while contributing to product innovation in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable products.
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple mission-critical projects.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Business teams to define and execute solutions.
- Drive technical architecture, design discussions, and system-level decision making.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices and standards.
- Define and enforce software engineering best practices, agile processes, and CI/CD workflows.
- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability of applications.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve engineering efficiency and product quality.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of engineering talent.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot / Spring Framework.
- Experience with Microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and API design principles.
- Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes (preferred).
- Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka / RabbitMQ).
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
