Team Overview
Unconventional technology development team, part of Upstream Technology Portfolio (UTP), focuses on research, technology development and direct asset support for Unconventional assets. The high-end computational and analytical capabilities existing in this team are applied primarily to the business-critical areas like well construction, well completions, improving well performance and cube development - all for either improving recovery or optimizing resource utilization.
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Wells Research/Geomechanics engineer with computational background to drive innovation and enhance our well performance across global assets. The role involves a combination of technical, analytical, and project management responsibilities to drive innovation and efficiency in upstream oil and gas operations.
