Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group yoga sessions.
Demonstrate yoga poses, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation exercises.
Develop yoga routines based on participants goals, abilities, and fitness levels.
Ensure participants perform poses safely and correctly.
Modify exercises for beginners, advanced participants, and individuals with physical limitations.
Provide clear instructions and demonstrations throughout each session.
Monitor participants progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment.
Encourage healthy lifestyle practices and mindfulness.
Maintain knowledge of different yoga styles, techniques, and wellness practices.
Build positive relationships with clients and provide a motivating experience.
Maintain attendance records and provide feedback when required.
