Wellness Executive Chef

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District for the position of Wellness Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will design and prepare nutritious, creative, and delicious menus that align with the wellness philosophy of Atmantan. Key responsibilities also include sourcing sustainable ingredients, overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest culinary standards. The role involves maintaining food safety, collaborating with team members to create innovative dietary plans, and curating meals tailored to guests health goals.

• Proven expertise in culinary arts, with a focus on wellness cuisine
• Strong knowledge of healthy cooking techniques, nutritional balance, and innovative recipe development
• Excellent kitchen management skills, including staff training, supervision, and schedule management
• Experience with food sourcing, inventory control, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
• Passion for creativity in meal presentation and enhancing the guest dining experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt menus to accommodate various dietary restrictions and preferences
• A degree or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred
