Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and result-oriented Wellness Diet Consultant with strong client counselling and conversion experience in the slimming and wellness industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personalized diet plans, converting walk-in and enquiry clients into paid programs, and supporting clients in achieving sustainable health and weight management goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one diet consultations and health assessments for clients
- Design customized diet and lifestyle plans based on individual needs
- Explain slimming programs clearly and convert enquiries into memberships/packages
- Maintain regular follow-ups to track client progress and ensure retention
- Educate clients on nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle modifications
- Coordinate with center managers and sales teams to achieve monthly targets
- Maintain accurate client records, diet plans, and progress reports
- Stay updated with latest trends in nutrition, weight management, and wellness
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong client counselling and sales conversion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in handling walk-ins, enquiries, and follow-ups
- Ability to motivate and build long-term client relationships
- Target-driven mindset with a client-first approach
Qualification
- B.Sc. Food & Nutrition (Mandatory)
- M.Sc. Food & Nutrition (Preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 13 years of experience as a Dietitian / Wellness Consultant
- Prior experience in slimming centers, wellness clinics, or weight loss programs is highly preferred
- Proven track record in client conversion and retention
