Wellness Data & Analytics Specialist

Key Deliverables:

• Lead creation of mental health and wellness utilization dashboards and executive presentations
• Perform trend and gap analysis across health, fitness, and mental health program usage
• Maintain and report wellness headcount, utilization, and functional performance data
• Design project tracking tools and deliver operational analytics for query resolution

Role Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and present analytics to global wellness leadership and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with vendors for data accuracy, system access, and onboarding support
• Manage wellness program data across systems like RMS and Glassfield
• Support benefits and wellness teams with ad hoc data analysis and functional reporting
