Wellness Counselor - Sales
Job Description
As a Wellness Counselor (Sales) at iMumz, your primary responsibility will be to engage with expecting parents and new parents, understand their unique needs, and guide them toward the most suitable iMumz Parenting Program.
You will play a key role in helping parents navigate the early stages of parenthood by educating them about our programs, addressing their concerns with empathy, and supporting them in making informed decisions. In addition to onboarding new users, you will also nurture relationships with our existing pregnant users and facilitate their smooth transition into the Parenting Program after childbirth.
This role requires someone who is highly empathetic, an excellent listener, and passionate about supporting families during one of the most important phases of their lives while confidently driving conversions through meaningful conversations.
We are also open to considering candidates looking to restart their careers after a break to join our team of Wellness Counselors.
Roles & Responsibilities
Days: 6 days a week
Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break)
Salary
₹25,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives (Average take home 50K +)

- Proactively connect with expecting parents, new parents, and existing iMumz users through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand each user's unique parenting concerns, challenges, and goals through active listening and empathetic conversations.
- Build trust and rapport by providing personalized guidance and recommending the most suitable iMumz Parenting Program.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of iMumz's Parenting Program, helping parents make informed decisions.
- Drive enrollments through consultative selling while ensuring every interaction is supportive, respectful, and user-centric.
- Engage with pregnant users already associated with iMumz and convert them into the Parenting Program after delivery.
- Address user queries, overcome objections with empathy, and provide a seamless experience throughout the enrollment journey.
- Maintain accurate records of user interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Consistently achieve individual sales and conversion targets while maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.
