Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership Sales Executive who can convert inbound leads into paying clients. This is a consultative sales role, not hard-selling. You will speak to prospects who have already shown interest in our services.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with inbound leads generated via ads and partnerships
Understand client goals, health concerns, and budget before pitching
Clearly explain Niwi plans (Standard, Select, Luxe) and guide the right fit
Handle objections confidently and close conversions
Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM / Google Sheets
Follow WhatsApp and call SOPs strictly
Work closely with the marketing and dietitian teams for feedback
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or consultation sales
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
Ability to listen, probe, and recommend, not push blindly
Comfortable with daily calling targets and follow-ups
Disciplined with processes, notes, and data
Experience in health, wellness, education, or service sales is a plus
