The Doctor Will
- Design and drive employee wellness programs for corporate clients
- Create wellness calendars, engagement activities awareness campaigns
- Analyze wellness data and prepare management reports
- Handle vendor partnerships (counselling, testing, OPD networks)
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and benchmarking reports
- Coordinate with analytics team for reporting
- Build a wellness culture within client organizations

Qualification: MBBS (Mandatory)
Experience: 4-5 years in Insurance / Insurance Broking
