Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive wellness strategies tailored to the needs of clients in the India market.
- Lead the development of health and wellness initiatives, including physical, mental, and financial wellbeing programs.
- Collaborate with client HR teams, insurers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful wellness solutions.
- Monitor wellness program effectiveness through data collection, analytics, and reporting; recommend improvements based on insights.
- Conduct wellness workshops, seminars, and campaigns to raise awareness and encourage participation.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, regulations, and best practices in health and benefits, particularly in the Indian context.
- Manage wellness budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure program compliance with local laws and company policies.
- Support business development by providing expertise on wellness solutions during client pitches and renewals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on wellness, representing the organization at industry forums and client events.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 15-20 years of experience in wellness program management, corporate health, or employee benefits, preferably within India.
- Strong understanding of health risk assessment tools, wellness technologies, and local healthcare systems.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement successful wellness initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in evaluating program outcomes and ROI.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local Indian languages is an advantage.
- Certification in wellness, nutrition, or employee health (e.g., Certified Wellness Program Manager) is desirable.
