ROLES ACCOUNTABILITIE
Seafarer Engagement & Wellbeing Connect: Connecting with Sea Staff and vessel teams
through regular wellbeing calls and engagement activities to understand their experiences,
concerns, interpersonal and social challenges, and overall transition and adjustment.
Documenting relevant feedback and observations and sharing key insights with the Wellbeing
team.
· Wellbeing Connect: Conducting Wellbeing Connect calls with Sea Staff and supporting
wellbeing connect with families in sensitive situations, including death/injury cases, as required.
· App & Digital Engagement: Managing and supporting well-being-related content, announcements, publications, updates and engagement activities on the App and other digital
platforms.
· Creative Content & Communications: Developing creative write-ups, awareness content, presentations, posters, announcements and other communication material for wellbeing initiatives, campaigns and events.
· Wellbeing Initiatives, Campaigns & Events: Supporting the planning and execution of wellbeing initiatives, workshops, webinars, presentations, awareness programmes, campaigns and other MHR/Wellbeing activities, including initiatives related to mental wellbeing, psychological safety, seafarer engagement and professional development.
· Ad-hoc Wellbeing Activities: Supporting additional tasks, projects, coordination and activities assigned within the Wellbeing function based on business and operational requirements.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
MA Industrial Psychology.
· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience after graduation in psychology, employee wellbeing,
organisational/industrial psychology, seafarer wellbeing or related areas.
