Expleo, a leading international group in engineering services, is looking for a Welding Supervisor with experience in welding process test & Having EN 15085 & EN 960-1 or equivalent certification .
Responsibilities
- Guide the welders on shop floor & resolve welders issue
- Conduct welding audits
- Monitor welding activities on production line
- Analyse & take decison based on results
- Able to manage independently the shop floor inspection requiremts
Qualifications
Diploma / BE
Essential Skills
- Practical hands on experience & qualified in MIG/MAG & TIG welding.
- Practically demonstrates welding technique to welders in critical joints
- Random inspection of welding assemblies before, during and after welding
- Track welding repairs and guide welders for weld repairing work
- Conduct welding improvement activities
- Good knowledge of welding defects
- Able to read Drawing & welding documents (e.g. Weld map, PS & Welding sequence)
Desired Skills
- EN 15085 & EN 960-1 or equivalent certification.
- Knowledge of Stainless steel & carbon steel materials & welding processes
- Insist production to follow standard procedures established by welding department
