- Manage Authorized & ACP Operated Service Centres.
- Excellent Oral Communication & Customer Service orientation
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in a similar role in the Power tools industry will be an advantage
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- Fluent in Hindi & English
