We are seeking a skilled Welding Engineer with 1-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in welding processes and a passion for quality and safety in manufacturing. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing welding procedures, conducting inspections, and providing technical support to ensure high-quality production outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop welding procedures and specifications according to project requirements.
• Conduct weld inspections and tests to ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to optimize weld processes.
• Troubleshoot welding issues and provide technical support to production teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in welding operations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in welding engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency in welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.
• Knowledge of welding codes and standards (e.g., AWS, ASME).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with welding equipment and technology.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
