We are seeking an experienced Welding Engineer with 10-18 years of experience to join our One of reputed client at UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding engineering, possess IIW/IWE certification, and be adept at developing and implementing welding procedures to ensure high-quality production.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement welding procedures and specifications.
- Conduct welding inspections and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize welding processes.
- Troubleshoot welding-related issues and provide technical support.
- Maintain accurate documentation of welding processes and inspections.
- Train and mentor junior welding engineers and technicians.
Skills and Qualifications
- Either Bachelor's degree and Master s in in Welding Engineering or a related field.
- OR Bachelor's degree AND IIW (International Institute of Welding) and/or IWE (International Welding Engineer) certification.
- Proficient in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
- Strong understanding of welding codes and standards (e.g., AWS, ASME, ISO).
- Experience with welding simulation software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
