Design and Implementation : Oversee the design and implementation of automated welding systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency and precision. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of various welding processes such as MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), and Flux-Cored (FCAW), including their respective applications, advantages, and limitations.
Develop and implement welding techniques and procedures for compliance with industry standards
Conduct inspections and tests on welding equipment and processes
Analyze and solve welding-related problems in manufacturing and construction
Coordinate with other engineering teams to ensure welding requirements are met
Train and supervise welding personnel to ensure adherence to safety protocols
