Description

We are seeking skilled MIG/MAG/TIG Welders and Ship Hull/Pipe/Structural Fitters & Fabricators to join our team at a leading European shipbuilding company. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in welding and fabrication, contributing to the construction and maintenance of high-quality marine vessels.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, MAG, and TIG welding on various materials including C.S, S.S steel and aluminum etc
• Fit and fabricate ship hulls, pipes, and structural components according to engineering specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to execute precise welding and fabrication tasks.
• Ensure the highest quality of welding work and adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on welding equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and engineers to solve fabrication challenges.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in MIG, MAG, and TIG welding.
• Proficiency in ship hull, pipe, and structural fitting and fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and metallurgy.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in shipbuilding.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.
• Certification in welding from a recognized institution.

POSITIONS REQUIRED:

1) TIG WELDER - 30 No's

Salary: EURO 1800 + O.T (Rs.190000 + 0.T Extra)

2) MIG/MAG WELDER - 40 No's

Salary: EURO 1800 + O.T (Rs.190000 + 0.T Extra)

3) MULTI-SKILLED (UNIVERSAL WELDER) - 20 No's

(TIG & MIG/MAG WELDER)

Salary: EURO 1800 + O.T (Rs.190000 + 0.T Extra)

4) SHIP HULL FITTER / FABRICATOR - 20 No's

Salary: EURO 1800 + O.T (Rs.190000 + 0.T Extra)

5) PIPE FITTER / FABRICATOR - 20 No's

Salary: EURO 1800 + O.T (Rs.190000 + 0.T Extra)

6) STEEL STRUCTURAL FITTER FABRICATOR - 20 No's

Salary: EURO 1800 + O.T (Rs.190000 + 0.T Extra)

(GROSS INCOME (INCLUDING O.T) : EURO 2200 (Rs.230000) – Approximately)

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

@ Working Hours: 40 Hours / Week and 176 hours per month

@ Over time: after 8 hours, works will be treated as Overtime and get extra pay.

@ If works on Saturday, Public Holiday - will be getting extra pay

@ Qualification: I.T.I / D.M.E /any vocational course – according to the position

@ Experience: minimum 3+ years required

@ GULF / INDIAN EXPERIENCE – ANYTHING OK

@ English communication skills required

@ Food : Allowance will be given by the Employer + Kitchen facilities provided

@ Accommodation : will be provided by the Employer

@ Transportation : will be provided by the Employer

@ Medical : will be provided by the Employer

@ Insurance : will be provided as per European Labour Law

@ Contract Period: 1 + 1 year (extended further depends on mutual understand)

@ TOTAL PROCESS TIME: 90 – 120 Days (minimum)

@ VISA TYPE – EMPLOTMENT D VISA

@ ANNUAL VACATION : 22 Days with 2 way airtickets with Bonus (as per European Law)
