Description
We are seeking an experienced Welder & Fitter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in welding and fitting, with a strong understanding of welding techniques and safety practices.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Perform welding and fitting tasks on various materials including steel and aluminum.
- Ensure high quality of welds and fittings through proper techniques and inspections.
- Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and specifications.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in welding and fitting.
- Proficient in MIG, Arc welding techniques.
- Strong understanding of metal properties and welding processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with welding safety standards and practices.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
