• Meet with clients to understand their vision, theme, cultural traditions, guest count, and budget requirements.
• Create and manage detailed wedding budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts to stay within financial limits.
• Research, recommend, and secure appropriate venues for ceremonies and receptions.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, including caterers, photographers, florists, decorators, entertainers, and transportation providers.
• Develop a comprehensive wedding timeline and ensure all vendors adhere to the schedule.
• Assist with theme selection, décor concepts, color schemes, and overall event aesthetics.
• Review and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure favorable terms and clarity of services.
• Oversee guest lists, RSVP tracking, seating arrangements, and accommodation coordination if needed.
• Supervise event setup, manage vendors, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth execution on the wedding day.
• Address last-minute changes, emergencies, or vendor issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, families, and vendors throughout the planning process.
• Ensure final payments are completed, returns are handled, and client satisfaction is achieved.
