Job Description

Meet with engaged couples to understand their vision and expectations for the wedding.
Discuss and plan the full scope of the event, including timeline, venue, theme, and overall budget.
Source venues and vendors such as invitation designers, DJs, bands, photographers, and caterers; obtain bids for required services.
Negotiate contracts with vendors on behalf of the couple.
Inspect event venues to ensure they align with the couple's requirements.
Resolve any issues that arise before, during, or after the wedding to ensure seamless execution.
Coordinate additional services such as accommodation, transportation, and catering for the couple and guests.
Monitor wedding-day operations to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth flow of events.
Review event invoices and approve vendor payments.
