They work from conceptualisation, to themes and designs to logistics and managing intricate details. Based out of Gurgaon, DLF Phase 3.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Wedding Planner, located in Gurugram. The Operations Manager will oversee and manage client's requirements, work along the team to bring out the best concepts, bring them to reality and help in execution of the end to end event.

Work Role

• Conceptualisation of various event themes
• Thematic creations of moodboards according to client brief
• Production planning of approved moodboards with vendors
• Client servicing and daily approvals and sample meetings etc
• Sampling of textiles, sourcing key vendors for execution
• Prop management creating seasonal inventory of all in-house decor material.

• Prior experience with design and conceptualization
• Should be able to create moodboards
• Presentable and good communication
• Has the ability to lead the projects and take charge of things
