Regal Sutra is being built with long-term intent as a premium wedding execution platform across North India. We work with a limited number of weddings per season, a carefully curated network of venues and partners, and a high-touch execution model that values discretion, precision, and guest experience over scale and noise.

Our focus is not volume, but consistency and trust. We aim to build a wedding brand that delivers with quiet confidence, earns repeat belief, and becomes a benchmark for quality in the premium wedding space.

Role Overview

We are looking to onboard experienced wedding planner for Regal Sutra on upcoming weddings next season. This role is ideal for planners who enjoy working with premium clients, appreciate structure and clarity, and take pride in delivering seamless, well-orchestrated events.

You will work closely with the Regal Sutra core team, venue partners, and vendor ecosystem. Depending on the engagement model, your involvement may begin at the execution stage or earlier in the client journey.

This is a strong opportunity for planners who want better projects, cleaner workflows, and long-term continuity, rather than fragmented one-off assignments. With Regal Sutra, planners do not need to worry about lead generation or client acquisition. The focus remains on what truly matters: delivering exceptional weddings within a structured, well-supported ecosystem.

Engagement Models

Based on project requirements, planners may be engaged for:

1. Post-booking planning and on-ground execution
2. Venue visits and vendor coordination
3. Full planning ownership including proposal, coordination, execution, and client handling

Scope and commercials are clearly defined on a per-project basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-ground planning and execution for assigned wedding events across all functions.
• Coordinate closely with venues, decorators, caterers, artists, production, and technical vendors to ensure aligned execution.
• Support venue visits, walkthroughs, and client discussions when required.
• Own all post-booking planning including menu finalisation, decor approvals, event flow, and vendor coordination.
• Create and manage detailed event timelines, guest flow, and logistics across wedding days.
• Act as the primary on-ground point of contact during events, handling decisions and real-time problem-solving.
• Ensure service quality, aesthetics, and guest experience consistently meet Regal Sutra standards.
• Anticipate risks and resolve issues calmly and proactively during execution.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in wedding planning or large-scale event execution
• Proven exposure to premium or large-format weddings (200+ guests)
• Strong understanding of vendor coordination and venue operations
• Confident client communication and stakeholder management
• Calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure
• Familiarity with the Delhi NCR wedding ecosystem preferred
• Availability for on-ground presence during event days is mandatory
