Wedding planner (Client & Operations manager)

We're looking to onboard a Wedding Planner on a 6–8 month contract to support upcoming weddings at Trunnk in Love.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role where you'll be involved across planning, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution.

If you enjoy working in fast-paced environments, handling multiple moving parts, and being on-ground during live events, this could be a good fit.

What the role involves:

• Client communication and planning coordination

• Vendor management across décor, hospitality, logistics, and entertainment

• Creating timelines, checklists, and tracking progress

• Supporting budgets and execution planning

• Being present on-ground across wedding events

Looking for someone who:

• Has 2–4 years of experience in events / weddings

• Is comfortable with long hours and on-ground work

• Can handle responsibility and follow through

• Is based in Mumbai (or open to relocating quickly)

This is a contract role for the upcoming season, with the possibility of extending based on fit.
