ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Female Event Coordinator with prior experience in luxury weddings and client coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication and presentation skills and be capable of handling high-end clients while ensuring seamless execution of events.
Notice: Only immediate joiners who can join immediately or by the beginning of July will be considered.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage luxury wedding events and related functions.
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements.
- Create presentations, proposals, and event-related documents for clients.
- Manage client relationships and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Coordinate with vendors including decorators, caterers, photographers, venues, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth execution of events from planning to completion.
- Assist in event concept creation and creative planning.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and event logistics.
- Resolve issues proactively and ensure flawless event operations.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Female candidates only.
- Prior experience in luxury weddings or premium event management is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in client coordination and presentation creation.
- Experience working with high-end clientele will be preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates available to join immediately or by the first week of July will be given priority.
