We're Hiring: Wedding Decor Stylist & Designer
We are looking for a passionate and creative Wedding Decor Stylist & Designer to bring dream weddings to life. If you have a strong eye for aesthetics, love transforming spaces, and can balance creativity with execution, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Conceptualization
Understand client requirements, vision, and budget
Develop unique wedding themes, décor concepts, and styling ideas
Create mood boards, presentations, and mockups using Canva and Adobe Photoshop
Select color palettes, floral arrangements, lighting, and décor elements
On-Site Execution
Supervise end-to-end décor setup at venues
Ensure designs are executed as per approved concepts
Coordinate with vendors including florists, production teams, and rental partners
Manage timelines and ensure timely completion before events
Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot on-site challenges
Maintain high quality and attention to detail during all functions
Required Skills
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop
Strong sense of design, styling, and color coordination
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability on-site
Preferred Qualifications
Background in Design, Event Management, or related field
Prior experience in wedding décor, event styling, or creative design roles
