Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in New Delhi for a Decor Sales Associate at The Bride Side. The incumbent will manage decor-related sales activities, including client consultations, communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing tailored decor recommendations, assisting in developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The role also involves training support staff, managing sales initiatives, and meeting revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Proven expertise in Sales, with experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in Sales Management and the ability to design successful sales strategies.
• Experience in Training team members to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Previous experience in decor, event planning, or the events industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
