Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager Dcor, based in Chandigarh. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee client relationships, lead sales initiatives, and collaborate with clients to conceptualize and customize dcor solutions. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing a team of sales representatives, developing strategic plans, and coordinating with the design team to ensure client needs are met. Additionally, this role will focus on maintaining long-term client partnerships and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Qualifications

Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales management, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
Event Management and Dcor: Strong understanding of event styling, vendor coordination, and dcor solutions is highly desirable.
Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading a sales or operations team, providing guidance, and ensuring performance goals are met.
Client Relations and Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
Creativity and Industry Knowledge: Ability to think creatively and stay informed about current trends in event styling and dcor.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
Additional Qualifications: Prior experience in the events and dcor industry is a must, along with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
